1. Purchases that include shipping - The prices for all MiniFlex Mics and MiniFlex Accessories include shipping by the U.S. Post. Shipping by UPS or FedEx may add a small cost
. 2. Purchases that do not include shipping - Purchase of other products from the MiniFlex store may require the customer to pay shipping charges, which will vary according to the products ordered. Please note the specific shipping details for each product listed
3. Special offers - Some special offers including MiniFlex mics and other products may include all shipping costs with the listed price. Please note the specific sipping details of such special offers.
4. Product returns - All product return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, and the customer should contact Miniflex to receiving a Return Authorization number (RA#) prior to return shipping.
5. MiniFlex shipping errors - If the need for the return is due to a shipping error on the part of MiniFlex Microphones (incorrect products shipped, missing items, order shipped to incorrect address, etc.), the customer will be reimbursed for shipping costs on a case by case basis. The customer must contact MiniFlex Microphones in advance to receive a RA# and make arrangements for reimbursement.

otherwise noted, all sales include Priority Mail shipping for both USA and
foreign addresses.
2. We ship
orders on Tuesday and Thursday of every week, for orders received by noon of the
previous day
3. We are
unable to make Next day delivery for any of our orders (our offices are located
in a small mountain town, and there is no "next day delivery" to anywhere from
here).
